Weekly Wrap Up! (5/6/16)
- Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will release on November 4 and has players fighting against the Settlement Defense Force in the campaign. As with other Call of Duty games, there will be a Legacy and Legacy Pro Edition of the game released. The Legacy Edition includes the game and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered for $79.99. The Legacy Pro Edition will cost $119.00 and includes everything in the Legacy Edition plus a Steelbook case, season pass, game soundtrack, and unannounced digital items.
- Mega Man fans will be glad to know that Keiji Inafune's Mighty No. 9 will now officially launch in North America and Asia on June 21, and will launch worldwide on June 24.
- Developer Naughty Dog as stated that all maps and game modes for Uncharted 4 will be free and that all vanity and in game store items will be unlockable through gameplay.
- Bethesda announced that Dishonored 2 will release on November 11 and that the first public gameplay demo will be on June 12 during Bethesda's E3 conference.
- Bethesda released a new trailer for the upcoming Fallout 4 DLC called Far Harbor. The DLC includes a large new land area, new faction quests, settlements, enemies, and more. Fall Harbor will be released on May 19 and is part of the season pass, or can be purchased separately for $25. Take a look at the trailer below.
- Excited for the new Legend of Zelda game? Then don't miss out on Nintendo's Treehouse Live stream on June 14 at 9:00am (PT). The special E3 stream will be devoted to the new game and show off new gameplay, commentary by developers, and more.
- Super Meat Boy is officially releasing on the Wii U on May 12.
- Developer Atlus announced that Persona 5 will be released in Japan on September 15. As of now, the release date for the West has not been made.
- New details on the incursion for The Division were revealed. Known as the Broken Circle, players will fight against the Rikers and will have to disable their surface-to-air missile system in order to protect Manhattan. The recommended gear level for the Broken Circle incursion is 220. Players will be able to try out the new incursion with a free update set to release later this month.
- EA revealed that Respawn Entertainment is working on a third person action game set in the Star Wars universe.

- Rumors are surfacing that the Nintendo NX may be using cartridges instead of disc based games. The rumors started when the memory manufacturer Macronix said they are expecting a large increase of ROM chips being ordered by Nintendo.
- Activision Blizzard revealed that Destiny has nearly 30 million registered players currently, which is up from the 25 million registered players back in November 2015.
- The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth expansion will be available on the Xbox One and PS4 on May 10. The expansion is also being developed for the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS. The expansion brings two new characters, challenges, cooperative battles, and more.
- EA officially announced Battlefield 1. The latest game in the Battlefield series takes place during WWI and will release on October 21 for Xbox One, PS4, and PC. A deluxe edition will be available for $79.99 that will give players early access to the game on October 18, extra vehicles, weapons, emblems, and more. Check out the awesome reveal trailer below!
