The Division Season Pass/Content News and Trailer!

If you're like many people who are anxiously awaiting The Division to release on Tuesday, you'll be happy to know that Ubisoft announced more details regarding the game's season pass as well as other content for year one today.

As mentioned earlier by Ubisoft, there will be free content drops on top of the paid content as part of the season pass. The free content will include new daily and weekly missions and Dark Zone events. Even better, that content will be available on launch day (March 8).

In April, there will be a free Incursions update. The incursions are PvE end game designed missions for teams of four players who are high levels. The incursions seem to act like raids or strike missions in destiny where players must work together to defeat difficult enemies for high end loot. The April update will also add loot trading among players in the same squad. Awesome!

Next in May, there will be another free update called Conflict, which will bring a new Dark Zone feature as well as another incursion into New York’s Columbus Circle.

Finally regarding the season pass' big three content drops, Ubisoft shared a little more detail about them. The first release called Underground will release in June and will take players down into the Manhattan subway tunnels where they will battle enemy factions. The second expansion drop is scheduled for late summer and is called Survival. While not much new info was shared, Ubisoft mentions needing to survive and gather supplies to secure equipment. The final dlc dropped called Last Stand is set to release this winter, and the only information released is that it will introduce a new relentless threat where players will have to build defenses to defeat them.

If all of that season pass and game content hasn't gotten you even more excited, check out the season pass trailer below! Get ready agents. The Division releases Tuesday, March 8.
