Microsoft released a new video showing how the Xbox One dashboard functions will work. It's obviously a commercialized video and not a live demo. A lot of people have been commenting on how much multitasking the guy is doing in the video. While it is funny and unrealistic to be jumping around from television, web searching, playing a video game, and more within 10 seconds of each other, you have to realize it's all for demo purposes. Microsoft is wanting to show how the voice commands work and what the dashboard will look like in a short commercial. Still, the guy in the video seems like he has the worst attention span and picks probably the worst time in the Titanfall footage to start recording gameplay! From the demo you can clearly tell the Xbox One dashboard is very similar to the Xbox 360 and Windows 8 dashboards thanks to the tiles. I still think it's cool to see how you can move from different features seamlessly and on the fly. I also really like the snap feature and being able to run multiple apps or programs at the same time. I know some people will like the Xbox One dashboard and others will not. I'll have to see how often I make use of all the features when the Xbox One releases on November 22nd. I'm definitely looking forward to trying it out. Take a look at the video below (courtesy of IGN). So, what do you think of the Xbox One dashboard?
