Weekly Wrap Up! (10/11/13)

- EA announced that the Second Assault DLC for Battlefield 4 will release at launch for the Xbox One (November 22nd). As of now it is unknown when the DLC will release for other platforms.

- Warner Bros. announced the ultimate edition of Injustice: Gods Among Us. The ultimate edition will include all of the released DLC, and will be available for the Xbox 360, PS3, PS Vita, PS4, and PC on November 12th in North America and November 29th in Europe. The console versions will cost $59.99, the PC version will cost $49.99, and finally the PS Vita version will cost $39.99.

- It was announced that the Xbox One's Game DVR function will automatically record the moment a player unlocks an achievement if developers choose to do so (while also continuously recording the last five minutes of gameplay).

- Sony confirmed that the PS4's DualShock 4 controller will be able to perform "basic functions" with Windows based PCs.

- Ubisoft announced the season pass for Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. The $19.99 season pass will be available at launch. The season pass will give players access to the Freedom Cry extra story, the Kraken Ship Pack, character customizations, weapons, as well as new multiplayer characters.

- Infinity Ward announced that Call of Duty: Ghosts will be running on dedicated servers for all platforms.

- Ubisoft has confirmed that not only will the Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag season pass not be available for the Wii U, but none of the game's DLC will be coming to the Wii U version...ouch!

- The first batch of DLC for Saints Row 4 will release on October 22nd in the United States, and October 23rd in the UK. The DLC is titled Enter the Dominatrix that puts players in a alternate storyline where the world is ran by the evil AI known as...Dominatrix. The DLC will also feature new missions, weapons, enemies, and more. The DLC is part of the season pass or will cost $7 as a separate download.

- Rockstar announced that they will be releasing a stimulus package to every player in GTA Online. This will give everyone $500,000 in game cash, which is suppose to be released in two $250,000 installments. Cha-ching!

- The first episode in Telltale's latest episodic game The Wolf Among Us is available for download on the Xbox 360, PC, and Mac today (10/11/13). According to Telltale it will be available on the PS3 a few days later. Most likely on October 15th.

- Speaking of The Wolf Among Us, the launch trailer was released this week. Check it out!
