Defiance is a MMO third person shooter set in a massive open world. Defiance is set on Earth, but not the same Earth as we know it. Years and years of war have ravaged the planet and humans and aliens are now allies. The two races have to depend on each other to survive against the other hostile inhabitants. A new, and awesome, feature is that the game goes along with the SyFy television series. The show and game will influence each other and will interact in interesting ways. One way is that some players' characters from the game may end up in the television show as extras! The show will premeire on SyFy on April 15th.
