Game Reveal: Battlefield 4
Battlefield 4 has officially been announced with a brand new trailer and a 17 minute video showing the game in action. Battlefield 4 is running on the Frostbite 3 engine and developers have said that some of the multiplayer elements will be used in the single player campaign. Levels are going to be large and in true Battlefield fashion, a variety of vehicles will be at your disposal. Also, a stat tracking element will be added to the single player portion of the game, thus creating a more competitive side. As of now Battlefield 4 is being talked for release on the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. Nothing has been announced for a next gen version...yet! EA has also announced that anyone who pre-orders the game will receive an expansion pack an no extra cost. If that wasn't enough, people who pre-order the digital deluxe version off of Origin will receive access to the multiplayer beta. Battlefield 4 is scheduled to release in the fall of 2013. Check out the trailer and the gameplay demo footage below!
