Gaming Spotlight: Assassin's Creed III and Liberation

     Well my fellow gamers, this week you're getting a double helping the the gaming spotlight. The Assassin's Creed series is great. Enough said. The developers at Ubisoft have always done a great job with taking us to ancient times throughout Europe and mixing in both stealth and action gameplay. Well they're not stopping with the stealth and action gameplay, but now we will be treated to a whole new time period and location. Assassin's Creed III takes place in the United States of America, more specifically during the American Revolution. You play as Connor who is Native American. You can expect to wield new weapons, skills, and gameplay mechanics.

     As if a brand new Assassin's Creed game wasn't enough. Gamers get to experience a second brand new game to the series called Assassin's Creed III Liberation. This game is exclusive to the Playstation Vita. A first for the series, you play as female assassin Aveline. The timeline takes place during the events leading up to the American Revolution and in Louisiana. The Spanish are planning to take control in the South and it's up to Aveline and her array of weapons and skills to stop them.

     Both Assassin's Creed III (Xbox 360, PS3, and PC) and Assassin's Creed III Liberation (PS Vita) are available now. A Wii U version of ACIII will be available later. Take a look at the trailers below.
